International shipping

We love our international customers. We ship to the United Kingdom, New Zealand and The United States.
We ship all International products through AUSTRALIA POST.
BARKLEY & BOONE is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
Cost calculations
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
* Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

 

Timeline

All products are ready to ship.
We ship within 1 business day, excluding all public holidays.
Barkley & Boone is not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages nor for carrier delivery delays. If an item arrives damaged from delivery, goods may be returned at the buyer’s expense for a refund or product replacement. A refund or replacement will only be issued after damaged goods have been returned to the seller. In the event, the buyer chooses to receive a replacement, Barkley & Boone will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement.
*Refunds/replacements will not be given when tracking has been marked as delivered. 
*Please ensure your address is correct. Refunds/replacements will not be issued due to an incorrect address given.

 

Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. After 30 days from the date of delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Refunds or exchanges will not be given for:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on the original payment method.
For purchases made via gift cards, a gift card will be issued.
If rejected, items will be sent back at the buyer’s cost.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@barkleyandboone.com and send your item to:

Shipping Costs For Returns/Exchanges

  • All returns/exchanges for change of mind within the 30-day period, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
  • All returns/exchanges for items damaged during delivery, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
  • All returns/exchanges for faulty items not caused by delivery, we will cover the cost the return shipping and the replacement shipping. 
*In cases where we are covering the return shipping cost, we will only cover standard shipping with a signature on delivery, we will not cover any return items sent via express unless prior approval.  
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All return and exchange items must be shipped using a tracking service. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
